Supporter terms

• Supporter rewards. Each payment supports a free fan project and comes with in-game supporter rewards. Rewards are added by hand to the in-game username you enter at checkout, usually within 48 hours. Rewards go to exactly the username you type, so check it carefully. Rewards have no cash value and can't be transferred or exchanged.
• Currency. All payments are charged in euro (EUR). Your bank may apply its own conversion fees.
• Monthly support. It renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time through the link in your Stripe receipt or the "Manage monthly support" link on the home page. Cancelling stops future payments.
• Refunds. Before your rewards have been added, you can ask for a full refund. Once they've been added, payments are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. If you were charged by mistake or twice, contact us within 30 days and we'll refund the incorrect payment.
• Use of funds. Payments go toward server hosting and development of the project. They aren't tax-deductible donations: the project isn't a registered charity.
• Unofficial project. Pixel Gun Universe is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Cubic Games or Pixel Gun 3D.
